2. Click Checkout to proceed.

3. Have the customer enter their information and sign up for an account to log in.



4. Have the customer enter their shipping address and phone number, select a delivery method, and choose a payment method.

Then, click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

*If you wish to pick up your order at the event in a specific country,

please enter an address located in that country before placing your order.

The system will then enable the Pick up at event option for that order.

5. Once the order has been confirmed, the system will display the order details. Have the customer click “Notify Payment.”

6. Check that all information is complete, attach the proof of payment, and click “Notify Payment” again to confirm the payment.

The system will then send a payment confirmation to the customer’s email address.

If the customer has completed the payment but has not yet received the payment confirmation email, please have the customer follow these steps:

1. Click “Order History.”
2. The customer’s order will be displayed. Click the magnifying glass icon as shown in the image.

3. The system will then display the order status. Have the customer click “Payment.”

This will confirm the payment, and the system will send a payment confirmation to the customer’s email address.
